How is Invisalign Different?

How Does Invisalign Work?
Each pair of aligners is designed to apply gentle amounts of force to your teeth over two to four weeks, depending on your progress. Of course, to achieve effective results, you’ll need to wear them for at least 22 hours per day, only removing when brushing your teeth or eating. You can still drink plain water while in use.
How Long is Treatment?
Treatment time largely varies on the severity of the misalignment being treated. Therefore, it can range anywhere from one to two years, which is still shorter than the average time it takes to realign teeth with metal braces.
However, the longer you stay dedicated to wearing your braces, the higher your chances are of achieving a perfect smile in less time. With the extra convenience comes a certain amount of discipline to make treatment work!
